3.         What do you want the "feel" of the room to be?   Do you want the room to be light and airy or dark and cozy?   Deciding on the "feel" can help you pick out the appropriate shade/tone of color.   A light and airy room will require a lighter color on the walls such as, pastel shades.   A dark and cozy room will require a deeper/muted tone on the walls.
